Platform Update #1: New Features, Security, and What's Coming

We've been building. A lot has happened behind the scenes over the past few weeks, and I want to take a moment to walk you through what's new, what's changed, and where we're headed.

Transparency matters to me. If you trust this platform with your sales calls, you deserve to know exactly how it's evolving. That's what this post is for, and that's what every future update will be for.

Let's get into it.


New: Updates & Blog Pages

You're reading this on a brand new page. From now on, every platform change, improvement, and new feature will be documented here so you always know what's happening.

Alongside this, we've also launched a blog and newsletter section. The content will be focused on the real problems I see across the calls I audit: frameworks, patterns, fixes. Things you can actually use.

Most of it will be public and free. But some of the deeper stuff, proper case studies, video breakdowns, advanced frameworks, will be reserved for platform customers.

New posts are rolling out starting this week, with at least one per week. Some weeks will have more, especially as the private, in-depth content ramps up.


New: Two Types of Audits

You now have two options when requesting an audit:

Fast AI Audit (24h turnaround)

An overview of your call: scoring on the latest version of the protocol, the main reason the call died (or succeeded), and a few high-leverage fixes you can implement right away. This is great when you want quick feedback or when you're submitting calls mainly to build data. The more calls we analyze, the more patterns we detect, and the more precise the fixes become for everyone.

In-Depth Audit with Halsius

This is the full experience. I personally review the call, provide detailed feedback, rephrase key moments in the annotated transcript, and build a more thorough playbook. This one takes a bit more time, but it goes significantly deeper than what the AI alone can deliver.

You can choose whichever fits your needs for each call.


New: Comments on Audits

You can now leave comments directly on your audits. If something in your analysis doesn't make sense, if you want more context on a specific score, or if you just have a question, drop a comment and I'll always take the time to answer.

This was an important one. Your audits should feel like a conversation, not a one-way report.


Security

This one is personal to me. I take the privacy of your data extremely seriously. Your calls, your audits, your information: none of it should ever be accessible to anyone but you.

We recently conducted a full security review of the platform and implemented several important changes:
