These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you", or "your") and THŌNE Studio Ltd ("KNVRTs", "we", "us", or "our"), Company Number 16482399, governing your use of the KNVRTs sales call analysis service at knvrts.com (the "Service").

4.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing: Valid email address, Full name, Business information, Payment details.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for: Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, All activities that occur under your account, Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service for illegal purposes.

5. Subscription Plans and Pricing

5.1 Plans Available

Solo Founder Plan: €1,800/month or €18,000/year, Unlimited call uploads (1 active request), 24-48 hour turnaround, Full audit reports.

Business Plan: Custom pricing, Multiple active requests, Priority turnaround, Team performance tracking.

Founding Partner Plan: By invitation only, €8,100/year, Locked rate for life, Direct access to founder, Participation in documentation required.

5.2 Payment Terms

Payments via Stripe. Monthly plans billed monthly in advance, Annual plans billed annually in advance. All prices in Euros (€), exclusive of VAT.

5.3 Refund Policy

7-Day Trial Period: All new subscriptions include a 7-day trial period for a full refund. Subscriptions are non-refundable after this period.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Founding Partner rates are locked for life.

6. Free Audit Program

We offer a limited number of free audits on a first-come, first-served basis. Free audits provide a summary report and do not obligate purchase. We may discontinue this at any time.

7. Your Responsibilities

7.1 Call Recording Consent

You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents and complied with all laws regarding call recording. You are solely responsible for compliance.

7.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate business information and truthful responses to intake questions.

7.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not: upload illegal activity, share credentials, resell reports, reverse engineer our Protocol, or use results to harm others.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

THŌNE Studio Ltd owns all content, features, the KNVRTs Protocol, methodologies, and trademarks. You retain ownership of your call recordings and business data.

By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and store your data to provide the Service. For Founding Partners, this includes use in anonymized case studies.

9. Confidentiality

We treat your recordings and data as strictly confidential. The KNVRTs Protocol and scoring methodologies are our confidential information.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

We do not guarantee increased sales or specific outcomes. The Service is provided "AS IS". Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify THŌNE Studio Ltd from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, laws, or third-party rights.

12. Data Processing and Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request.

13. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. We may terminate accounts for violations or inactivity.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Dispute Resolution

Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Provisions on IP, confidentiality, and liability survive termination.
