April Update - Vault is Live

Vault V1 (Philosophy module), Intelligence Tab in audits, and roadmap.

Two things today.

  1. The Vault exists now.

The intoductionary module just dropped. It's called Philosophy.

I already know what some of you are thinking. Philosophy? I need techniques. I need scripts. I need to know what to say when they hit me with "let me think about it."

It's coming. All of it. But not yet.

Here's why this goes first.

What's your actual relationship with sales right now?

For most people it's not good. It feels like a chore. Something you force yourself to do. You dread the calls. You procrastinate booking them. When you're on one, you don't really know how to behave. You're performing instead of being yourself. It feels unaligned with who you are. And after a while, it starts to boil - you resent it, you avoid it, or you just go through the motions with zero energy.

That's not a technique problem. No script fixes that. No closing framework fixes that. That's a philosophy problem. It's the way you see sales, the way you think about your role in it, the way you relate to the person on the other side. When that's broken, everything downstream is broken too. The energy you bring into calls, the way you listen, the way you respond to resistance - all of it comes from how you feel about being there in the first place.

This module is about fixing that relationship. Not making you a better closer. Making you someone who actually understands what selling is, why it matters, and how to show up in a way that feels right. Not forced. Not performed. Aligned.

Some of what's in there you'll already know. Good. Read it anyway. It hits different when it's structured and you see how the pieces connect. Some of it will be new. Don't wait for the tactics module to integrate it.

It takes less than an hour to go through. Text and visuals for now. Video comes later. I wanted to get it out clean and simple first.

Originally I said I'd drop one lesson per week. Change of plan. I'm shipping module by module instead. The goal is to have the next three modules live this month. The structure is still a work in progress - lessons might get added, reordered, or reworked based on your feedback and questions. That's by design.

One last thing: the Vault is currently available to paying clients only. Some lessons will be shared publicly over time, but right now we want to keep it tight, get your feedback, and build it with the people who are in it.

2. Your audits just got smarter.

New section in every audit: Intelligence.

Based on all the calls we've reviewed this month, one thing became clear. We talk a lot about sales calls being a goldmine of data. There's even a module about it. But until now, our audits only really looked at one side: the seller. What you did well. What you could do better. Seller performance.

That's half the picture.

The new Intelligence tab looks at the other side: the market. How the prospect described their problems. What language they used. How they reacted to your offer, to your price, to your process. Everything that tells you something about them, not just about you.

Individually, one Intelligence tab won't change your life. It's a quick rundown of the prospect and the key signals from that specific call. But the more we collect, the more powerful it becomes. Stack ten, twenty, thirty of these, and you start seeing patterns. Real patterns. And that's where it turns into actual business intelligence - not just sales coaching.

Is your positioning landing the way you think it is? Is your pricing where it should be? Is there something broken in your acquisition that only shows up once you're on the call? These are the questions this data answers over time.
